What a goof ball this little girl is.  She is still pretty timid and will run when someoen tries to pick her up bu doing much better.  Most of the time she will just flatten herself on the floor to be picked up.  We'll have better pictures posted soon.  There is nothing wrong with her eyes in this picture  - the flash just makes is appear that way.   Maya is learning the wee wee pad inside since it is just too cold to go out right now.

January 11
Maya came to us December 31st and  is around 3 yrs old.   Maya had a litter of puppies by c section so the breeder decided to have her spayed at the time and decided she needed a home of her own.  She is pretty shy with people and will run and hide to a safe spot right now but getting so much better since she has been in her foster home.
She will be brought up to date on vaccinations and have a dental since she has some baby teeth.
