Gandalf has been having issues his bowels on and off since we have had him. If he is kept on a special consistant diet he does very well. He is on a diet of Taste of the Wild Pacific Stream Formula (this is Grain Free ) and raw and doing really well. If we change it in any way it seems to upset his intestines. His new family will have to keep up with this diet or something similar. No filler foods like Iams, Beneful, etc. It has to be grain free only or it causes an upset.
January 14, 2010 Yep, I'm still here in my foster home and just as sweet as can be.
Oct 28, 09 What a sweetie this boy is. If you are looking for a loyal companion he's the one. Gandalf wants nothing more than to please. He is very active and loves to run. He walks very well on a leash but just loves to run and run inside a fenced yard. He was turned over to another rescue by a breeder and not taken very good care of. Gandalf was a show boy and won several points. He is very cute in his cut but beautiful in his full coat when it is taken care of.
Sept 09 Sweet crazy boy. Sadly, we had to shave him down because of the mats he had. What a mess and yet so happy and kissy. His mats were so bad that it basically came off in big sections. We could not even get scissors or a mat comb through him. His feet were pink and sore because of all the hair that was attached to them. He is very skinny to where you can feel his bones. More info coming as well as pictures after his second grooming.
