Bunny is as cute as can be. big ears, brown eyes and stubby little legs! She is a very easy dog to have around. She is quiet and undemanding. She just wants to hang out with her doggie pals and bask in the sunshine. She will sit on the couch near me and let me pet her for a little bit. She is happiest if I leave her alone. She loves treats. If she was in a one or two dog house, and had a very patient determined family, she would progress faster.

Bunny is almost exactly the same as she was when she got here in June. She loves her doggie friends and is happy if all humans just leave her alone. She is no longer dependent on Naomi and can be adopted without her. Bunny just wants a home where she can just hang out with other dogs and not be bothered by people. She will get on the couch with me and submit to petting, but just doesn't want to be picked up or held. Someone really abused this little cutie. She enjoys treats and sunshine. Do you have a quiet corner for this quiet, undemanding young lady?
12/09 Bunny is a sweet chubby beauty. She is getting braver, but still must be cornered to be caught. She allows me to hold her for just a few minutes at a time. She's not ready for adoption.
10/09 Bunny is a sweet little scardey cat. She allows me to hold her just a few minutes at a time. Bunny is happiest hanging out in her pup tent and trotting around with Naomi. She is less dependent on Naomi now-or maybe Naomi is less dependent on Bunny?
9/09 Bunny is very sweet and quiet. She prefers to hang out in her pup tent with Naomi or walk around the yard with her. Bunny and Naomi are definitely a bonded pair. She allows me to hold her only a few minutes at a time. I believe that Bunny will never progress much more with socialization. She was too traumatized. She is happy to just exist in a safe place with good food and doggie friends and a warm bed. If you have a quiet corner in your house and no expectations of interaction, Bunny would be grateful. She needs to be adopted with Naomi.
7/09 Bunny came into rescue after we heard she was to be euthanized because her family didn't want her. Bunny is approx. 7 yrs old, white smoothcoat with a few tan patches. She had not recieved any medical care so will need a dental and spay before she is adopted. This is from her current foster Mom. Bunny is enjoying her life here, lots of room to run around and plenty of sunshine for basking. Bunny is not quite ready for adoption yet. She must be cornered to catch and she only tolerates being held for short periods. She is getting braver, but very slowly.
